Who are your services for?

My services are for any mental health professional who is working in private practice or getting ready to move into private practice and needs help navigating the maze of technology products needed to run a successful business.

Which service is right for me?

If you are already running a private practice and just need help troubleshooting an issue or two or figuring out how to setup one product, then a One-time consultation is perfect for you.  If you are new to private practice and need help getting setup from the ground up, you will likely benefit from the 3-month support package or a group course.  Don't worry - if you we find you need more or less time than you thought, we'll figure it out together!  You can always email me with a little more about your situation if you are having trouble selecting the service you want.

Can I book my service online?

Currently, you can purchase a consultation online, but we don't have online scheduling automated on the website.  I will email you after your purchase to schedule our call!

Do you offer a moneyback satisfaction guarantee?

I do not offer a moneyback guarantee, however, if I am unable to resolve your issue with extra time/sessions, I will certainly consider a request for a refund.  Usually, if your issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction during our time together, I will offer extra support until we reach a resolution!  This will be at no charge if the reason extra time is needed is due to a gap in my knowledge/experience.
